ValenciaportPCS Streamlines Port Logistics With DeCA Integration

Share:

The Port Authority of València has introduced a new update to its ValenciaportPCS platform, enabling users to generate the Electronic Administrative Control Document (DeCA) to comply with new transport regulations. This feature provides a centralised environment for contractual shippers and actual carriers to manage, share, and consult their documents with transparency and security.

The core added value of this update is automation, allowing the DeCA to be generated directly from a Unified Transport Document (DUT) alongside manual entry options. This integration eliminates duplicate data entry, streamlines the logistics process, and prevents human errors.

Once generated, the DeCA remains accessible to all involved parties upon activation and is published in a public repository accessible via a QR code. Technical assistance is provided by the ValenciaportPCS User Support Centre (CAU), with regulatory details available on the Ministry of Transport website.
