This strategic move marks a transition from a dealer-based model to a direct subsidiary structure in the North American market. By acquiring the Fire Suppression division from its long-time partner USSC Group, the company aims to strengthen its global footprint and provide more robust support to customers and partners across the United States.
The newly formed entity will be headquartered in Exton, Pennsylvania, operating as a full-scale subsidiary responsible for sales, distribution, and technical support. This integration allows the organization to maintain continuity for existing clients while leveraging global expertise to meet the increasing demand for high-pressure water mist fire suppression technology. The transition is designed to streamline operations and foster closer relationships with North American transit agencies and heavy-duty vehicle operators.
As part of this expansion, the US-based team will focus on scaling its service network and ensuring rapid delivery of environmentally friendly fire safety solutions. The leadership will consist of industry veterans from the former USSC division.
